After 15 years in healthcare operations, I realized that operations is my passion. To me, it’s like solving a puzzle—figuring out how people, systems, and tasks can work better together. As a longtime leader, I often had to be the problem-solver. And while that was challenging, it was also deeply rewarding to see how the right changes could bring more smiles, less stress, and real transformation to a team.
While healthcare gave me structure, my side gigs gave me range. I rebuilt resumes, consulted for a retail and beauty business, and spent a full year helping a construction company organize and streamline their operations. I wasn’t just giving advice—I was doing the work, up close.
That’s what sparked K-Pazza.
